Az alábbiakban a kollégiumokat érintő, nyári időszakkal kapcsolatos információkról tájékoztatjuk.
A kollégiumi szolgáltatási (bentlakási) szerződés értelmében a PTE hallgatóinak kollégiumi jogviszonya legkésőbb 2022. június 30-án megszűnik. Ennek értelmében azon hallgatóknak, akiknek a nyári időszakban nincs szükségük kollégiumi szállásra, a kollégiumból legkésőbb 2022. június 30-án a szerződéseben foglaltaknak megfelelően ki kell költözniük. Kérjük, hogy kiköltözésének várható időpontját Neptun kérvény útján szíveskedjen jelezni (Ügyintézés, Kérvények)!
A PTE kollégiumaiban a nyári időszak 2022. július 1. és 2022. augusztus 31. között tart.
Amennyiben június 30-át megelőzően rendelkezett kollégiumi férőhellyel és diplomaosztó vagy záróvizsga miatt van szüksége a kollégiumi szállásra, úgy azt az eredeti kollégiumában tudjuk biztosítani. Ebben az esetben a szállás díja 2.300 forint/fő/éj (kollégiumi napidíj jogcímen), amelyet Neptunban, legkésőbb 2022. június 24., péntekig szükséges befizetni. Felhívom a figyelmét, hogy amennyiben mégsem kívánja igénybe venni az előre kifizetett szolgáltatást, úgy a már korábban rendezett összeg visszafizetésére nincs lehetőség.
A nyári kollégiumi szolgáltatás (PTE hallgató részére nem oktatási tevékenység keretében biztosított kollégiumi szállás a nyári időszakban) Pécsen a Szántó Kollégiumban, a nem pécsi képzési helyeken pedig a képzési hely kollégiumában vehető igénybe 2022. július 1. és 2022. augusztus 31. között. A nyári kollégiumi szállást biztosító kollégiumi férőhelyeket a Hallgatói Szolgáltatási Központ Kollégiumi Főosztálya (továbbiakban: HSZK KFO) a beérkezett jelentkezések számának függvényében, valamint a kollégiumokat érintő karbantartási, felújítási munkáknak megfelelően fogja kijelölni a jelentkezési határidőt követően.
A szolgáltatás díja Pécsen várhatóan 40.000 forint/fő/hónap vagy 25.000 forint/fő/15 nap, a nem pécsi képzési helyek kollégiumaiban pedig várhatóan 25.000 forint/fő/hónap vagy 15.000 forint/fő/15 nap, amelyet Neptunban a jelzett határidőig szükséges befizetni. A kijelölt férőhellyel kapcsolatosan, annak elfoglalásról, illetve az átköltözésről az érintett hallgatókat a jelentkezési határidőt követően, a későbbiekben tájékoztatjuk.
A HSZK KFO a kollégiumokban történő, az épületek üzemeltetése miatt nélkülözhetetlen karbantartási munkák miatt a hallgató részére a nyári kollégium épületén belül ideiglenes férőhelyet jelölhet ki, amelyet a hallgató köteles elfogadni. A nyár eleji és végi időszakban pedig a HSZK KFO az eredetitől eltérő épületben is biztosíthatja a nyári férőhelyet.
Amennyiben a hallgató a 2022/2023-as tanévre felvételt nyert a PTE kollégiumaiba, az EHÖK által kijelölt férőhelyre átköltözni előreláthatólag augusztus 31. után már lesz lehetőség.
Tájékoztatom azonban, hogy minden esetben nélkülözhetetlen az, hogy Neptun kérvény útján (Ügyintézés, Kérvények) jelezze a HSZK KFO felé szálláshelyigényét (diplomaosztó vagy záróvizsga miatt, illetve nyári kollégium is)! Kérjük, hogy a kiköltözési dátum megadása miatt abban az esetben is töltse ki az űrlapot, ha nem igényel nyári szállást! A kérvény 2022. május 17. és 2022. május 31. között elérhető a Neptun Tanulmányi Rendszerben. Az űrlap benyújtási határideje 2022. május 31., kedd 23:59.
A kollégiumi szálláshelyek a hatályos járványügyi védekezéssel kapcsolatos rendelkezéseknek megfelelően vehetők igénybe, míg a nyári kollégium pedig a hatályos kollégiumi lakhatási szabályozások alapján.

Dear Student!
We would like to share information regarding accommodation possibilities in the summer period for those who must stay longer for the graduation ceremony/final exam and also for the summer dormitory applicants.
According to the Accommodation Service Contract the students’ dormitory membership terminates by 30 June 2022 at the latest. Therefore students who do not need dormitory accommodation for the summer period shall move out from the dormitory by 30th June 2022 in accordance with the contract. We would like to ask you to fill in a form in the Neptun System and mark the expected date of your departure from the dormitory (under the „Administration” – „Requests” tabs)!
The summer period lasts from 1st July 2022 to 31st August 2022 in the dormitories of UP.
If you have a dormitory membership status up until the 30th June 2022 and you need to extend your stay beyond the 30th June for your graduation ceremony or final exam, we will provide accommodation to you in the dormitory you have been staying in. In this case the accommodation fee is 2.300 HUF/person/night which shall be fulfilled by 24th June 2022 in Neptun. We would like to call your attention to the fact that no refunds are available in case of the cancellation of a prepaid service.
The Summer Dormitory service (summer accommodation for UP students for non-academic purposes) will take place in Szántó Dormitory between 1st July and 31st August 2022. The exact places of the summer dormitory accommodation will be chosen by the Center for Student Services – Residence Services (hereinafter: CSS RS) department after the application deadline, based on the number of applications and in accordance with the necessary maintenance and renovation duties in the dormitories.
The service costs is expected to be 40.000 HUF/person/month or 25.000 HUF/person/15 days which shall be paid on Neptun by the given date. Further details regarding the chosen places and the moving in/over procedure will be announced later, after the application period.
Due to the necessary maintenance duties in the dormitories, CSS RS may assign a new room to the student within the building of the summer dormitory, which must be accepted by the student. At the beginning and at the end of the summer period, CSS RS may provide the summer accommodation in a different building from the original.
If the student’s dormitory application for the academic year of 2022/2023 is approved, it is expected that it will be possible to move over to the dormitory spot assigned by the Student Union (EHÖK) after the 31st August.
We would like to inform you that we only accept applications in a form of a Neptun request (under the „Administration” – „Requests” tabs) submitted to CSS RS (in case of graduation ceremony or final exam and summer dormitory). Please fill in the form with the date of your departure from the dormitory even if you will not use any of our summer accommodation possibilities!
The request form will be available between 17th May and 23:59 31st May 2022.
Dormitory accommodation services may be used according to the Government’s pandemic regulations in force, while the summer dormitory service is regulated by the current dormitory directives.
