RESULTS ARE AVAILABLE!

The review of the applications has been completed by the relevant committees of University Student Union, the related decisions have been uploaded to the Neptun System, they are available in the Administration / Dormitory application menu, in the Submitted requests block, by clicking on the grey plus sign in the row of the application, and then clicking on the View Decision menu.

Please note, that similar to the previous years, only the decision has been published, the dormitory disposition (which dormitory one is sorted to) is going to be evaluated until 24th August.

First of all, please contact us via e-mail if you need information about your application, we will response as soon as possible.

For a quicker response, please include at least your Neptun code in your e-mail.

What will happen if I did not get accepted?

If you do not agree with the decision you have been notified of, you have the possibility to appeal to the Secondary Educational Committee.

During the appeal there is no option for rectification, so if your application or your score has been declined becasue of lack of a document, then instead of initiating an appeal, we suggest to apply for Rector’s Equity Application, through which – since it is a new procedure – you will be able to submit the lacking documents. The tender’s/application’s expected (starting) date: 15th August.

If you still wish to appeal, we have prepared a sample document for you, which you should attach to the rejection decision printed from Neptun.

You can bring your appeal documents in person, during the opening hours of the University Student Union Administration Office or you can send it by post to the address below:

I was accepted, but I dealt with my housing otherwise!

The University Dormitory Committee of the University Student Union (hereinafter: USU) of the University of Pécs (hereinafter: the Committee) considering Article 35 of Annex 6 of the Statutes of the University of Pécs, the Code of Charges and Benefits (hereinafter: CCB), announces dormitory application for seniors for the academic year of 2022/2023.

Applications may be submitted by those who have successfully applied for admission to the University, who were granted transfer to the University, who were admitted to the University as visiting students and who have student status at the University (hereinafter: student) irrespective of the study program cycle and the major they applied for to be admitted or transferred to or of the type of studies they are going to pursue as visiting students, and/or of the major or study program cycle in which they established their student status on at the University. [Section 35 (3) of the CCB]

Applications can be submitted electronically through the Neptun system between 12 PM (Wednesday) 27 April 2022 and 16 PM (Monday) 16 May 2022.

The electronically submitted application form must be printed out and signed, together with the necessary paper-based annexes. These documents must be handed in at the Administration Office of the USU to validate the application!

Deadline for arrival of documents:

May 17, 2022 (Tuesday) 4:00 p.m.

When sending by post, consider the time of posting!
We cannot accept late applications!
